Both SWANCC communities in Schaumburg Township–Elk Grove Village and Hoffman Estates–will be able to take part in the upcoming Electronics Drop-off/Document Shredding Event in Hoffman Estates. Residents from these two communities only may participate.
Saturday, August 13, 2016 9 am – Noon, 2305 Pembroke Avenue, Hoffman Estates IL. Please bring an ID or utility bill to verify your address.
Acceptable electronics items:
Typical documents that can be shredded include medical records, bank statements, personal files, retired tax forms, etc. Staples and paper clips are acceptable, but binders should be removed. Residents will be limited to two banker-sized boxes of documents.
