Mayor McLeod, the Village of Hoffman Estates, and the Wyland Foundation have challenged Village businesses and residents to conserve water and save energy. If you or your business make a pledge from now until March 31, 2017, you will be entered to win a piece of art picked out by marine life artist and conservationist Wyland.
The annual National Mayor’s Challenge, in support of conservation, asks residents to pledge to save one of our most precious natural resources (water!) through simple at-home efforts that can make a real difference. The Challenge is a community service campaign created specifically to boost conservation and education efforts.
Residents who wish to participate:
- Go to mywaterpledge.com;
- Make simple, easy-to-do pledges to save our natural resources;
- See how much water your pledges save;
- If your city wins, you are eligible to win prizes!
Join Mayor McLeod, the Village of Hoffman Estates, and the Wyland Foundation in the National Mayor’s Challenge to preserve our natural resources!
